Your Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for software-related issues
Use your IT background or technician experience to resolve customer challenges efficiently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service and seamless project execution
Offer clear guidance and effective solutions to clients ensuring customer satisfaction
Contribute to process improvements and share insights to enhance team performance
Your Profile
Native or fluent in English (C1); knowledge of Spanish is a plus
Background in IT technologies/products especially Cloud tools like Office Outlook OneDrive Exchange SharePoint Lync Server or Microsoft Windows
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, empathy and professionalism in customer interactions
Motivated adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Whats on Offer
Full-time contract (39 hours/week) Monday to Friday rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00
Option to work on-site in A Coruña or remotely from anywhere in Spain
