pbAbout the Role: /b /ppWe are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled bTechnical Solutions Manager /bto join our team specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role is pivotal in designing and delivering tailored technical solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards. In this role, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success from inquiry to implementation. /ppbr/ppbTitle: Technical Solutions Manager- Energy Storage Systems /b /ppbr/ppbJob Responsibilities: /b /pulliAnalyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems, including BESS, PCS, and EMS components. /liliEvaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. /liliPrepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations. /liliDevelop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards. /liliWork closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and RD, to align solutions with project goals. /liliServe as a technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases. /liliContribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization. /li /ul pbWhat You'll Need: /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). /liliProficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents. /liliExcellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. /liliStrong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /liliStrong understanding of battery storage systems, power conversion systems, grid integration, and energy management systems is preferred. /liliFamiliarity with system simulation and design tools. /liliProficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with international teams, customers, and stakeholders. /li /ul
