Our marketplace makes boating accessible around the world, from a day trip to a week-long adventure, while enabling private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals. /p pTo support this growth, we are hiring a bTechnical SEO Manager /b to join a dynamic team and help rebuild the foundations of our organic search performance across ClickBoat. /p h3About The Role /h3 pWe’re looking for a bTechnical SEO Manager /b to join our bSearch crew /b. /p pReporting to the bHead of Search /b, you will play a key part in rebuilding and scaling ClickBoat’s SEO foundations, while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Content and Marketing teams to drive high-quality execution and measurable growth. /p pThis is a bsenior individual contributor role /b for someone who combines strong technical SEO expertise with strategic thinking and a hands‑on mindset. You will help shape a sustainable SEO engine for ClickBoat, with a clear understanding of the overlap between Boats Group marketplaces and ClickBoat while keeping both scopes properly separated. /p pIf you’re excited about marketplaces, digital business and international growth, you might be exactly who we’re looking for. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 pWith the guidance of your manager, you will perform the following tasks: /p ul liRebuild and strengthen the foundations of ClickBoat’s search results so they can bscale sustainably /b across markets. /li liOwn and prioritize SEO initiatives across multiple properties, ensuring clear separation between ClickBoat and Boats Group marketplace workstreams. /li liDefine and execute a robust on-page SEO and content strategy tailored to user intent, search opportunity and business priorities. /li liLead technical SEO improvements across crawlability, indexation, internal linking, rendering and site performance in close partnership with Product and Engineering. /li liDesign, run and assess SEO experiments through SearchPilot or equivalent testing methodologies to validate impact and guide decisions. /li liAnalyze performance across markets, languages and property types to identify growth opportunities and turn insights into action. /li liHelp embed SEO best practices across the organization by influencing cross‑functional teams and championing a strong test‑and‑learn culture. /li /ul h3What you bring Aboard /h3 ul lib5+ years of SEO experience /b, including managing multiple web properties at scale in international environments. /li liProven experience in bmarketplace, travel, ecommerce or digital media businesses /b, with a strong grasp of growth levers in complex digital ecosystems. /li liConfidence working closely with Product and Engineering teams, btranslating SEO /b needs into clear, actionable requirements. /li liStrong command of tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog, SearchPilot and similar SEO platforms. /li liA blocalisation mindset /b: you understand that international SEO success comes from market‑specific strategies, not just translated content. /li liA proactive, impact‑driven and bhands‑on approach /b, with the ability to make meaningful changes quickly and measure what works. /li /ul h3Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker) /h3 ul liThe knowledge of another language than bEnglish /b is highly valued. /li liIf you have a boating background and interest, it’s even more perfect! /li /ul h3What awaits you on Board /h3 pWe believe that a great workplace experience helps teams do their best work.
