As a Sales Technician, your goal will be to manage and conduct sales of products and technical tests, adapting to the specific needs and requirements of each client. You will play a key role in negotiating sales conditions, such as prices and discounts, to ensure the achievement of the revenue targets for the Performance line. We are looking for someone with strong commercial skills, capable of building solid relationships with clients and offering personalized solutions that deliver results. Drive the promotion and sale of new products, staying up to date with the latest market trends. Develop attractive and effective commercial proposals, negotiating and closing successful sales. Brand representation : Work closely with the marketing team to implement strategies and campaigns that strengthen the brand's presence. Collaborate with the application technical team to provide quality service and innovative solutions to clients. Industrial testing : Conduct product tests directly at client facilities to ensure the efficiency and performance of our solutions. Prepare detailed reports on business results, providing clear analysis of performance and improvement opportunities. Achieving the targets set in the sales plan for the Performance business unit, developing sales with our clients and distributors, and identifying new needs.
