Job Overview As a seasoned project manager, you will lead the delivery of ML-driven software projects and oversee end-to-end engineering initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate teams of engineers and ML practitioners to deliver impactful AI solutions for top clients. Manage scoping, planning, execution, and deployment to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of ML initiatives. Translate complex requirements into actionable technical plans and roadmaps for LLM and ML systems. Track KPIs, manage resources, resolve blockers, and make data-driven adjustments to ensure project success. Promote best engineering practices, facilitate solution design discussions, and align with cross-team initiatives. Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Engineering, or related field. 4+ years delivering ML or data-driven software projects, and at least 2 years managing end-to-end engineering initiatives (LLM/NLP experience preferred). Familiarity with modern ML and software tools (e.G., Python, Git, Docker), and ability to discuss technical trade-offs. Experience with agile methodologies and proven ability to manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; proficiency in English.
