We are the international construction company delivering the renovation of one of Europe’s most significant sports infrastructure projects. We are currently seeking a Technical Office Lead – MEP to join our team and lead the technical and commercial management of MEP works within this landmark project. Key Responsibilities Lead the MEP Technical Office activities on site. Coordinate closely with the Design and Procurement departments. Prepare budgets and carry out cost comparisons for different MEP packages. Monitor, review, and report daily site progress. Review subcontractors’ interim payment certification submittals. Prepare and validate payment certifications for submission to the Client. Participate in technical and financial meetings with DF and DEO representatives. Ensure technical and cost control throughout the execution phase. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects. Proven experience in MEP works, specifically in: Mechanical works – HVAC Plumbing systems Fire protection systems Experience in cost control, budgeting, and commercial comparisons. Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office. Experience working collaboratively with Design and Procurement teams. Excellent command of both English and Spanish (mandatory). Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Enginerring or related field.
