AAA independent game development and publishing studio with multiple locations across Europe, including cities such as Copenhagen, Malmö, Barcelona, Istanbul, and Brighton. Known for creating some of the most notable and widely-discussed multiplatform titles in recent years, with a focus on delivering immersive characters and memorable gaming experiences.
Location:
Istanbul/Barcelona – Hybrid – 3 days from the studio and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with gameplay and cinematic animation teams to ensure seamless integration of animations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical animation issues to deliver a smooth experience for both the development team and players.
Work alongside animators, riggers, and developers to create and maintain efficient animation systems and workflows.
Optimize animation processes to enhance both quality and performance across different platforms.
Offer technical support and resolve issues related to animation tools and systems.
Help improve and refine in-house tools and technologies to support animation pipelines and workflows.
Skills
A seasoned tech animator with extensive experience in high-end game development and animation.
Proficient in industry-standard animation tools like Maya & MotionBuilder
Experience in popular game engines such as Unreal.
Adept at identifying and resolving technical challenges related to animation.
Experience in building and maintaining efficient animation systems and workflows.
Capable of collaborating effectively with teams across disciplines, including animators, riggers, and developers.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong drive to optimize processes and improve animation quality.
