Experteer Overview
As Tech Lead for IQVIA's Data as a Service, you drive technical delivery of client data solutions and act as the primary authority on implementation quality. You mentor Configurators, partner with Project Managers, and resolve complex issues across data delivery platforms. You’ll participate in client discussions, shape best practices, and ensure solutions align with DaaS standards. This role offers impact through scalable data delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead technical implementation activities for client data delivery solutions
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and oversight to Configurators
• Partner with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and solution reviews
• Design, implement, and support client data delivery processes and configurations
• Troubleshoot complex database, infrastructure, connectivity, and integration issues
• Serve as Tier 3 support for production incidents and escalations
• Review project deliverables for adherence to DaaS standards and quality
• Coordinate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to resolve platform issues and influence future enhancements
• Document best practices and support continuous process improvement
Responsabilidades
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and Redshift
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure
• Knowledge of SFTP and enterprise data delivery environments
• Strong understanding of databases, data integration, and data delivery processes
• Experience troubleshooting infrastructure, connectivity, and production issues
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
• English proficiency at C1+ level
