Involvement in C&B strategies, policies and procedures ensure their successful implementation, providing counsel and support in several countries/projects to all Logista’s HR teams around Europe: Manage, define and develop HR Analytics metrics and dashboards.
Participate in compensation projects for the entire organization (among others, salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, job mapping review…)
English level C1.
Advanced Power BI, Excel as well as HR applications.
Computer skills, Microsoft Office advanced knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint in particular) and knowledge of legal database required.
