In this role, you will be responsible for owning the application operations service, ensuring stability, performance, and high-quality support in production environments.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage application support operations end-to-endCoordinate daily operational activities across support teamsTake ownership of escalations and ensure timely resolutionAct as the main point of contact for stakeholders and business teamsEnsure service control, reporting, and operational governanceOversee incident management and continuous service improvementCollaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure application stabilityRequired Skills & Qualifications:7–10 years of experience in production application supportStrong stakeholder management and business communication skillsSolid understanding of application architectures, interfaces, and dependenciesProven experience in high-availability production environmentsLeadership capability and strong service ownership mindsetStrong problem-solving xcskxlj and coordination skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in financial services environmentsKnowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworksExperience managing distributed or cross-functional teamsIf you are passionate about application operations, leadership, and delivering high-quality support services, we would love to hear from you.Hay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
