Senior / Lead QA Engineer
&## ; Marbella, Spain | &## ; Up to €60k | &## ; Hybrid (3 days in office)
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on QA leader to join a growing tech business in a regulated (gambling) environment. This isn’t a “maintain the status quo” role, you’ll set QA standards from scratch , define the strategy, and build structured processes that scale with the business.
What You’ll Do
Define and implement the overall QA strategy
Build structured QA processes and governance
Improve automation coverage across UI, API, and backend
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
Introduce reporting, visibility, and traceability for product quality
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
About You
Proven hands-on experience in QA engineering (Lead/Principal level)
Experience defining QA processes and governance
Strong automation skills (Selenium, Playwright, CI/CD integration)
Ability to mentor and lead a small team
Nice to have: experience in regulated industries (iGaming, gambling), API automation, AI-assisted testing
