You monitor team capacity, utilization and performance, using KPIs and operational data to identify risks, opportunities and improvement actions.
You proactively anticipate challenges and take ownership in finding solutions before they impact business results.
You analyze operational and business data and translate insights into concrete actions that help the team achieve its objectives.
You actively collaborate with stakeholders across different countries, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth cooperation between teams.
You support onboarding and integration of new team members and help create a strong team culture within the Málaga hub.
You contribute to the long-term growth of Hub South and play an active role in helping the organisation scale successfully.

You have strong organizational skills and can effectively prioritize and coordinate activities.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams and countries.
You enjoy working in a dynamic international environment where change, growth and continuous improvement are part of everyday life.
