Job Overview
As an internal trainee in continuous improvement, you will work on efficiency and waste reduction projects in the assigned production line using TPM methodology.
Responsibilities
Observe, analyze and challenge existing practices and processes in the plant.
Track KPIs, identify root causes of deviations and propose corrective actions.
Train and support plant staff in TPM tools.
Participate in the selection and implementation of Kaizen improvement ideas.
Requirements
University degree or higher (Agronomic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Science and Technology).
Fluent Spanish and English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Leadership Competencies
Communication skills and ability to interact with plant personnel.
Teamwork capability.
Observation, analysis and listening skills.
Education / Certifications
Degree/Master in a branch of Engineering. English B2/C1. Valued: specialization or experience in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, industrial organization.
Program Details
Contract: 12‑month internship.
Duration: 12 months.
Location: Viana, Spain.
