Your mission is to position HR initiatives at the service of both people and business needs: /ppbr/pullibLead the Talent Strategy: /b You will directly manage and develop the Talent team, fostering high performance and collaboration. You will define and drive the Talent strategy for Iberia, ensuring alignment with local priorities and Group HR guidelines. /lilibAttract Connect (key responsibility): /bYou will lead Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding as one of the core responsibilities of the role. This includes building and managing strategic talent pipelines (such as the Graduate Programme), leading initiatives like Top Employer, and developing strong partnerships with key talent attraction stakeholders, including universities, training centres, and business schools, to secure future capabilities. /lilibDrive Performance Culture: /b You will lead the deployment of bPerformance Management frameworks /b, promoting a strong feedback culture. /lilibEmpower Learning: /b You will define bLearning Development strategies /b aligned with business needs. From design to deployment, you will ensure our development programs and compliance requirements to deliver real impact and effective capability building. /lilibInnovate with Tech Data: /b You will lead bHR Projects /b and drive the optimization of the Talent area through technology (e.g., bSuccessFactors /b, AI applied to HR). /lilibData, Governance Collaboration: /byou will use a process-driven approach, defining bKPIs /b to support decisions, continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulations (bTake responsibility /b). /li /ulpbr/ppbWho you are /b /ppWe are looking for a professional with a solid background and specific competencies to drive this agenda. /ppbr/pullibThe Profile: /b You have a University degree (HR, Business, Law) and bat least 8 years of proven experience /b across the full Talent lifecycle (TA, TM, Performance, LD) and HR projects. A bPostgraduate degree or Master's /b in HR is considered a plus. /lilibThe Leader: /b Experience leading and developing teams in bmultinational, multicultural, or matrix environments /b is bhighly valued /b. /lilibThe Consultant Mindset: /b Proven experience in executive search or recruitment consulting is a strong asset for this role. Experience in HR or transformation consulting, as well as familiarity with Agile or Design Thinking applied to HR, is bhighly valued. /b /lilibStrategic Tech-Savvy: /bYou possess a business-oriented mindset and are comfortable with HR technologies (HRIS/SuccessFactors) and data analytics.
