Talent Acquisition Partner – GTM (SaaS) Barcelona (Hybrid) GlobalM is a talent consultancy partnering with high-growth SaaS companies through an embedded recruitment model. We work closely with founders and GTM leaders to help scale revenue teams quickly and effectively. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with strong Sales / GTM hiring experience to support SaaS clients scaling in Barcelona. What you’ll do Lead end-to-end GTM recruitment for high-growth SaaS clients Scale Sales, AE, SDR, Account Management, and Solutions teams in Barcelona Partner closely with GTM leaders and founders as a trusted hiring advisor Build proactive pipelines and headhunt top-performing talent Manage interviews, offers, and candidate experience end to end Use data and reporting to ensure a transparent, high-quality hiring process What we’re looking for 4–5+ years of experience in sales / GTM recruitment Proven track record of scaling GTM teams in Barcelona within SaaS Strong communication skills with a solid understanding of GTM operations Comfortable operating in hyper-growth environments Confident engaging and influencing senior GTM stakeholders Based in Spain (hybrid working model) Why GlobalM?
