- Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report defects
- Provide technical support to validators and manage critical issues

- Coordinate product/process convergence for hardware and software systems
- Propose optimizations and improvements to standards and processesResponsabilidades
- A proven track record in system validation and embedded software architecture
- Engineering degree in Mechatronics or related fields (Mechanical, Electronics); MSc or PhD preferred
- Excellent skills in system architecture definition and validation methods for new functions
- Strong problem-solving and team collaboration with a multicultural approach
- Knowledge of the automotive sector and Horse Powertrain business
