Are you an enthusiastic coach who loves working with children in the water? A private organization operating in recreational and sports activities is looking for a qualified Swimming Instructor to deliver engaging swimming lessons for kids in Sóller, Mallorca. This position offers a steady part-time schedule in a fantastic island location.
In this role, your focus will be on guiding young swimmers through safe, structured, and enjoyable pool sessions. Your key responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering swimming lessons tailored to children of different ages and skill levels
Ensuring the continuous safety and well-being of all participants in and around the pool
Teaching fundamental swimming strokes, water confidence, and breathing techniques
Encouraging a positive, motivating, and supportive learning environment for every child
Observing individual progress and providing constructive guidance during training
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following mandatory criteria:
Official Swimming Instructor certification (titulación de monitor de natación)
Valid driver's license (permiso de conducir)
Passion for working with children and teaching sports
Strong sense of responsibility, dependability, and attention to pool safety regulations
This position is offered under a temporary contract in Sóller, Mallorca within the private recreational sector. The working terms and conditions are:
Part-time dedication of 8.25 hours per week
Fixed working schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays from 16:30 to 19:00, and Fridays from 16:00 to 19:15
Gross monthly salary of 301.15 EUR
Clear and predictable weekly hours that can easily fit alongside other commitments
