Role Overview
We are looking for aSwedish-speaking Travel Support Representativeto join our customer-focused team supporting a global travel marketplace. In this role, you will assist travelers throughout their journey by providing high-quality support related to flights, accommodation, car rentals, and other travel services.

Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat
Provide accurate information and effective solutions related to travel services
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism
Work towards individual and team KPIs
Maintain and update customer information in internal systems
Build and maintain basic knowledge of the clients products and services
Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
FluentSwedish(spoken and written)
Good level ofEnglish
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident using computers and multiple systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and adaptable to change
High school diploma (customer service experience is a plus)
Availability to work fixed weekday shifts
