Experteer Overview
In this role you lead a on-site Customer Support team in Barcelona, shaping faster, thoughtful help for millions of Revolut users. You’ll build a solid operating foundation and explore scalable improvements to support rapid growth. You partner with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality service and adhere to SLAs, taking ownership of tough issues. You’ll be a visible leader who motivates others and drives continuous improvement. This opportunity combines people leadership with hands-on problem solving in a dynamic fintech environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead a team of 5-10 FTEs
• Monitor daily performance to ensure productivity, quality, and SLA adherence
• Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews
• Identify and drive process improvements
• Highlight unusual performance trends and address issues
• Proactively own difficult problems and act as a workplace leader
Responsabilidades
• English C1+
• Catalan C1+ and Spanish C1+
• 1+ years managing a team of 5+ FTEs
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines
• Strong communication with internal teams, counsel, and regulators
• Sound judgement and experience in customer support
• On-site in Barcelona with rotating shifts including weekends
