At Revlon , a leading multinational cosmetics company, we are seeking a Finished Goods (FG) Supply Manager to oversee the end-to-end finished-goods supply chain. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities, thereby contributing to a resilient and efficient supply chain. Key Accountabilities: 1. Supply Chain Management & Inventory Control Develop and implement finished goods supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and business objectives Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory , maintaining optimal safety stock Manage production schedules and coordinate with manufacturing and co-packing partners to ensure timely product availability Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions 2. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and develop the Finished Goods Supply Planning team , fostering a culture of continuous improvement Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Production, Logistics, and Sales teams to align supply strategies with market needs Actively participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, providing insights and recommendations 3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and analyze key KPIs, including service levels, inventory turns, and supply plan adherence Drive corrective actions to improve efficiency, service levels, and customer satisfaction Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on supply chain performance and risks 4. Systems & Process Improvement Utilize ERP and planning systems (e.G., SAP, Kinaxis, OMP) to manage supply chain operations Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance responsiveness and accuracy Ensure data integrity and accuracy across supply chain systems Supervision Manage up to 3 direct reports Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, xsgfvud preferably in finished goods planning or operations Proven leadership experience , managing teams and cross-functional initiatives Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and production planning Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel skills Proficient in Spanish and English . Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or related industries Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma , or other continuous improvement methodologies Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
