We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teamsCommunity: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.ABOUT THE JOBSupport commercial growth by building strong relationships with activity and ticketing suppliers in the top destinations and venuesNegotiating contracts in the destiantion greeing on rappels, marketing distrubitonsSupport the suppliers’ enrolment and onboarding processBe the destination expert, driving new lead generation and the strategic sourcing of innovative and differentiated products, including ad hoc local events, with a focus on sustainabilityLiaise with different stakeholders to implement best practicesHave a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and tourism trends in the destinationABOUT YOUStrong experience in sales or account management, preferably in the tourism and/or e-commerce industrySolid knowledge of digital tools, AI solutions and commercial systems (e.g. Copilot, CRM platforms, Salesforce, contract management and task management tools)Full understanding of digital components and new industry standards, with particular regard to API-based connectivity, channel managers, reservation technologies)Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation skills and a successful record of closing deals and building strategic partnershipsDestination knowledge, especially in Experiences and suppliersStrong analytical and numerical skills, with experience using Power BI to interpret data, generate insights and support decision-making.High level of Spanish and English are requiredSkilled on offer development and local product sourcingGood understanding of OTAs and local competitors porfolioFrom a workplace to a place to belong.
