EMEA Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Supply Chain Manager for a manufacturing site near Barcelona. This is a site based leadership role focused on optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities : Oversee end-to-end material planning, inventory management and logistics operations at the sit e.Develop and implement strategies to improve lead times, capacity utilization, and inventory managemen t.Manage stakeholder relationships across site, regional, and central teams to ensure alignmen t.Lead and develop a team, including coaching, performance management, and succession plannin g.Drive cost-saving initiatives and procurement targets aligned with site objective s.Continuously analyze supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive solution s. Requiremen ts: Proven experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or industrial environme nts.Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate te ams.Hands-on expertise in planning, inventory control, and capacity model ing.Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities at all organizational lev els.Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong interpersonal and presentation ski lls.Proficiency in SAP and experience managing ERP system implementati ons.Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment, showing strong problem-solving ski lls.
