Overview
As a Supply Chain Logistics Engineer, you will enhance inventory accuracy, optimize warehouse and logistics performance, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making. You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, Engineering, and 3PL partners to maintain efficient supply chain operations. Your work will focus on inventory control, ERP process ownership, and performance tracking to drive continuous improvement. This role offers the chance to shape inventory strategy and logistics processes within a global manufacturing context.
ResponsabilidadesLead inventory management activities and align performance with company objectivesImprove inventory accuracy across RM, WIP, and FGCoordinate cycle counts and physical inventory with timely discrepancy resolutionServe as primary interface with 3PL providerMonitor warehouse and logistics KPIs and drive improvementsOwn logistics processes in the QAD ERP systemEnsure data integrity across logistics activitiesDevelop/analyze reports on inventory, logistics costs, warehouse performance, sales, and productionPerform root cause analysis and implement actions to boost performance and service levelsLead projects on inventory optimization, process standardization, automation, and cost reduction
Requisitos principales3+ years in industrial logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or warehouse operationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experienceExperience with ERP systems, preferably QAD; proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProfessional proficiency in English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus; German or French advantageousanalytical thinkingproblem-solvingcommunicationQAD ERPMicrosoft Officeinventory management
