Location: Barcelona (Hybrid, 60% on-site)Role OverviewAs the Data & AI Product Lead, you are the single point of accountability for data and AI across Manufacturing and Supply Chain platforms. You define the data strategy and roadmap, activate and govern data domains, and deliver reusable, compliant data products on the enterprise data platform to enable trusted, scalable decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the platform data strategy and roadmap aligned to business outcomes.Activate and govern data domains, including stewardship, data quality, and access controls.Build and manage a portfolio of reusable domain data products with clear ownership, SLAs, and value tracking.Partner with architects to ensure alignment with reference architecture, standards, and guardrails.Lead a small core team, influence matrixed squads, and represent the platforms in governance forums.You BringStrong leadership in data governance, domain-based data products, and platform operating models.Proven ability to translate strategy into funded roadmaps with measurable outcomes.Deep experience in Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain data domains.Hands-on expertise with modern data platforms (e.G., Databricks Lakehouse on AWS, dbt, Informatica, Power BI).Excellent stakeholder management and a pragmatic, reuse-first mindset.
