Focus Areas
Supply Chain Planning – AI‑driven demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and planning solutions to enhance agility and efficiency.
Fulfillment & Network Optimization – Advanced analytics to optimize logistics, warehouse management, distribution, network and last‑mile delivery, improving speed, cost, and service levels.
Manufacturing – AI, machine learning, and IoT to drive predictive maintenance, production efficiency, and quality control in smart manufacturing.
Your Role
Apply advanced analytics and AI techniques (e.g., optimization, simulation, machine learning) to solve complex fulfillment challenges across industries.
Translate industry‑specific challenges into mathematical formulations or conceptual models and develop algorithms to drive optimal decisions.
Design, build, and continuously improve solutions:
Route & Flow Path Optimization – Improve delivery speed and reduce transportation costs.
Network Design & Center of Gravity Analysis – Optimize facility locations and distribution networks.
Workforce Scheduling & Resource Allocation – Maximize labor efficiency and service levels.
Order‑to‑Cash optimization – Optimize service strategies and stock allocation to customers.
Digital Twins for Fulfillment – Create virtual models of logistics systems to simulate and test scenarios.
Work with cross‑functional teams (engineers, consultants, data scientists) to deliver impactful solutions.
Contribute to business development by shaping innovative offerings.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
2+ years of experience in Data & AI or related fields (we are hiring at different experience levels).
We seek professionals with strong expertise in AI, analytics, and optimization applied to supply‑chain challenges. While you don’t need to master all of them, experience in multiple areas will be highly valuable. Key skills include:
Programming: Python, R, SQL.
Operation Research & Simulation: LP, ILP, Heuristics/Meta‑Heuristics, Discrete Events Simulation, digital twins.
Machine Learning & AI: Forecasting, predictive modeling, optimization algorithms.
Generative AI: LLMs, AI‑driven scenario generation, synthetic data modeling, and workflow automation.
Cloud & Big Data: Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, including AI/ML services.
Supply Chain Solutions: Familiarity with o9, Blue Yonder (BY), SAP IBP, or similar tools.
Data Engineering & Visualization: Large‑scale data processing, market solutions/platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, ..), and tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Soft & Strategic Skills
Problem‑Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze supply‑chain challenges and design AI‑driven solutions.
Business Acumen: Understanding the impact of AI and analytics on supply‑chain efficiency, resilience, and cost reduction.
Communication: Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations for technical and non‑technical audiences.
Agility & Innovation: Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving environments, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Location and Work Model
