# Supplier Quality & Development Engineer (m/d/f)Rheinmetall Expal Munitions S.A.U. in El Gordo/ Supplier Quality & Development Engineer (m/d/f)WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a **Supplier Quality & Development Engineer**to ensure the conformity, performance, and continuous improvement of our suppliers. This role is essential for securing stable production and guaranteeing product quality from the source.**What you will do:*** Lead supplier qualification and product-supplier homologation (PPAP).* Monitor supplier performance and drive improvement plans.* Manage supplier nonconformities and ensure INCI updates.* Oversee incoming inspection and documentation (incl. Oracle records).* Coordinate the supplier audit plan and support reclamations.* Ensure correct technical and quality requirements in purchase orders (HRS review).**Location: El Gordo, Cáceres**WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical field.* At least 3 years of experience in supplier quality, plant quality, or manufacturing engineering.* Knowledge of PPAP, Core Tools, 8D, PDCA, and industrial quality methodologies.* Understanding of mechanical/matallic manufacturing processes.* English level B2 or higher.* Availability for occasional travel.WHAT WE OFFER YOU* Be part of a global leader in defense and technology.* Work in a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for development.* Contribute directly to supplier performance improvement and product quality at origin.
