Summer Camp Counselors (8 positions) Donostia / San Sebastián, Spain July & August | Full-time | International environment We are looking for 8 enthusiastic Camp Counselors to join our team this summer in Donostia / San Sebastián, working in a welcoming international camp designed for North American families with children aged 6 months to 8 years . About the role Position: Summer Camp Counselor Location: Donostia / San Sebastián, Spain Dates: From the 29th of June until the 21st of August Schedule: 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm (full-time) Age groups: 6 months to 8 years Salary: According to leisure monitor salary scale (Spain) Key responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants and young children Plan and lead age-appropriate games, creative activities, and play Support children’s social and emotional wellbeing in a safe environment Collaborate closely with a young, dynamic team Communicate in English with children and families Requirements Certified Leisure Time Instructor (Monitor/a de Actividades de Tiempo Libre Infantil y Juvenil) or Early Childhood Education qualification (Técnico en Educación Infantil) Previous experience working with children aged 0–8 English level: B1 or higher (able to hold simple conversations) Warm, responsible, and energetic personality Team spirit, initiative, and positive attitude Genuine love for working with children Nice to have Knowledge of Reggio Emilia and/or Montessori educational approaches What we offer A unique summer experience in an international, English-speaking environment Mornings free to enjoy the beach, city, and summer in Donostia A friendly, young, and supportive team Meaningful work with children and families from diverse backgrounds If you are interested, please fill out the following form: For any doubts, you can reach out to us att
