The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading end-to-end project implementations using the SAP Activate methodology and be involved in pre-sales and project management activities. You will guide clients through successful system deployment and optimization, providing strategic leadership and functional expertise.ResponsibilitiesLead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Time Tracking project implementations, including Time Sheet and Time Off modules.Apply SAP Activate methodology to manage project phases and deliverables effectively.Collaborate with clients to define business processes and align them with system capabilities.Support pre-sales activities, including requirements gathering and solution presentations.Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle.Oversee system configurations, testing, and issue resolution.Lead workshops and training sessions to enable client teams and end-users.Document project progress, change requests, and enhancement opportunities.Requirements3 to 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience, including Payroll, Time Sheet, Time Off, and Time Tracking.Proven track record as a Lead Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.Experience with SAP Activate methodology and project management principles.Involvement in pre-sales activities is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related field.SAP SuccessFactors certifications in EC Payroll, Time Tracking, or related modules .Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.Ability to work collaboratively within virtual, cross-functional teams.Key CompetenciesStrong leadership and project management skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesEffective communication and stakeholder engagementProactive, adaptable, and service-oriented mindsetAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyLanguagesEnglish (required); SpanishExperience Level3-5 yearsAt Strada, Our Values Guide Everything We DoAnticipate Customer Needs – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.Own the Outcome – We take responsibility for delivering excellence and ensuring things get done right.Challenge Ourselves to Work Smarter – We move faster than the world around us to drive change and accomplish more.Empower Each Other to Solve Problems – We tackle challenges head on, ask tough questions, and collaborate to find the best solutions.Care About Our Work – We understand that what we do impacts millions, and we have a responsibility to get it right.BenefitsAt Strada, we support your whole self—offering a range of benefits for your health, wellbeing, finances, and future.
