Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Streaming Support Engineer (L2) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving streaming-related incidents and ensuring the performance and reliability of our event-driven systems. Key Responsibilities: Resolve streaming-related incidents affecting producers and consumers Troubleshoot producer/consumer behavior and analyze lag and throughput issues Perform log analysis and root cause investigation Monitor streaming environments and support incident resolution Collaborate with development and operations teams to maintain system reliability Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed systems Ability to debug producer/consumer behavior and identify lag/throughput issues Strong log analysis and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with observability tools in streaming environments Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-throughput, low-latency streaming platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills If you are passionate about streaming technologies and enjoy resolving complex operational issues, we would love to hear from you.
