At Cainiao Iberia, we’re scaling one of the most complex last-mile delivery networks in Europe. This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and technology, transforming how our delivery partner ecosystem performs, scales, and makes decisions.As part of the Partner Management team, you’ll lead high-impact, data-driven initiatives that directly improve profitability, service quality, and operational efficiency across our last-mile network.If you enjoy turning messy operational data into clear decisions — and those decisions into real-world impact — this role is for you.What you’ll be working on
Last-Mile Network Engineering
Design and lead network optimization initiatives to improve delivery density, routing efficiency, and operational flow.
Identify structural bottlenecks in dispatch and execution, and redesign processes using data-backed insights.Cost & Performance Optimization
Deep-dive into last-mile cost structures to uncover savings opportunities through resource optimization and partner performance analysis.
Conduct technical audits of delivery partners to improve cost efficiency and operational reliability.Process Engineering & Standardization
Design, optimize, and scale Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across internal teams and external last-mile providers.
Reduce operational friction by standardizing workflows, communication, and execution models.Automation & Analytics
Build and maintain automated tools, dashboards, and BI solutions (Power BI / Tableau) to enable real-time performance tracking.
Turn complex datasets into intuitive, decision-ready insights for multiple stakeholders.Strategic & Predictive Insights
Act as the data and strategy reference for Partner Managers.
Support capacity planning, demand forecasting, and network scalability with predictive, data-driven analysis.What we’re looking for
Education level (Must-have)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related technical field.Hard skills required (Must-have)
Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau).
Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies applied to operational environments.Experience and languages (Must-have)
2+ years in technical, analytical, or operations roles within logistics, e-commerce, or 3PL, ideally in last-mile contexts.
Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.Soft skills required (Must-have)
Strong analytical mindset with a clear focus on scalability, cost efficiency, and impact.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-oriented recommendations.
Proactive, hands-on attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment.What we offer
