As a key member of the logistics operations team, this Strategic Operations Leader role is responsible for leading operational excellence and driving profitability in high-volume logistics accounts. Key Responsibilities: Oversee warehouse operations, actively intervening to address deviations and ensure service continuity. Lead and develop senior teams, including Shift Managers, Operations Managers, Foremen, and operational personnel. Perform daily and medium-term resource planning to optimize productivity and costs. Ensure financial control of the Profit & Loss statement, identifying cost savings and maximizing margins. Act as primary point of contact with clients, ensuring clear communication, reporting key metrics, and participating in service reviews. Negotiate labor agreements and manage labor relations effectively. Requirements: At least 3 years experience in Contract Management, Site Management, Operations Management, or senior leadership roles in logistics operations. Strong background in financial management, budgetary control, and warehouse operations management. Proven ability to lead and develop large teams. Excellent communication skills, particularly at executive level and in labor negotiation environments. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent English language proficiency. Relevant education in Industrial Organization Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
