Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing financial and operational insights to support strategic decision-making, as well as developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators. Main Responsibilities Business Understanding: Perform analysis to support decision-making process, assess key performance indicators, and follow trends/business dynamics. Reporting: Build/maintain financial & operational reports/dashboards to monitor business performance. Budgeting & Forecasting: Participate in the yearly budgeting process and business activity forecasts, at both financial and operational level, working directly with business teams. Requirements Experience: Up to 7 years of experience in a similar position (controller, business intelligence analyst/developer, …), with experience in the Renewable Energy Sector. Skills: Proficient in Excel, knowledge of IT/data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, …) is a plus. Languages: Fluent in Spanish and proficiency in English. Portuguese is a plus.
