Overview
As Twilio’s Strategic Account Executive for the German-speaking market, you drive revenue growth by expanding high-value accounts in EMEA with a focus on DACH. You manage fast-growing customers, cross-sell and upsell Twilio solutions, and source new opportunities within your account set. You work with technical and business buyers, maintain high satisfaction, and negotiate terms through a clear, client-focused approach. This remote-friendly role blends strategic account management with cross-functional collaboration to shape customer outcomes in a global, inclusive culture.

Requisitos principales6+ years of Account Management/Sales experience selling and closing complex technical solutions to a large customer baseExperience with accounts ranging from multinational enterprises to Digital NativesProven track record of meeting or exceeding quotaExperience in account management with successful cross-sell and upsell within mature customer basesSolid understanding of financial reporting and revenue tracking for direct customersGerman language proficiencyCurious networkerHigh emotional intelligenceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience selling Messaging, Voice Calling, Email, Account Security VerificationExperience in the communications market (preferred)Background in traditional telecommunications environment (beneficial)
