About the Role
We are currently looking for a Store Manager to lead our Camper store in Barcelona. We are looking for a proactive and passionate person who is aligned with our brand values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL and CARING.
As a Store Manager at Camper, your mission will be to achieve our sales, service and business development objectives.
We will count on you to deliver the complete Camper experience to our omnichannel customers, develop your team's full potential and oversee all store operations to provide the best possible customer experience while ensuring the highest level of business efficiency.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Customer Experience Management: Our customers come first. You will play a key role in ensuring an excellent level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and building strong, long-lasting relationships with our omnichannel customers.
- Team Management: Our people are Camper's greatest strength. You will lead the store team, actively participate in recruitment, provide training and coaching, and lead by example to inspire and support your colleagues.
- Efficiency and Results Orientation:Our main goal is continuous improvement. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store effectively and making informed commercial decisions based on the available business data.
- Brand Image: Every store represents Camper's principles, values and culture. You will be responsible for presenting an excellent image of Camper to our customers, ensuring that the store reflects our corporate identity and is aligned with our ESG principles.
- Operational Excellence: In today's omnichannel environment, operational management is essential and has a significant impact on the customer relationship. You will be responsible for ensuring that all store operations are carried out in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. Excellent organisation is the key to efficiency.
About You
You will be a great fit for this position if:
- You are passionate about retail in all its forms, both in-store and online.
- You have at least 2 years of experience leading teams.
- You are flexible and available to work full-time.
- You inspire others, are a strong team player and bring positive energy to the workplace.
- You have excellent communication, decision-making and results-oriented skills.
- You encourage curiosity, diversity and collaboration through an innovative mindset.
- You are fluent in Spanish and English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- You are legally authorised to work in Spain without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
