Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:Must-have SkillsTo be successful in this role, you must have:Strong fundamentals in Software Engineering.Direct experience with React and TypeScript (preferred), or Python combined with another programming language.Proven ability to adapt across different full-stack environments.Demonstrated high performance in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Strong adaptability to shifting priorities and self-organizing teams.Clear and effective communication skills across cross-functional teams.Full English proficiency.Nice-to-have SkillsAI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
