Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today's five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Project Manager within the Composite Structures Engineering.Technical Project Manager will oversee project execution, coordinate with leadership and suppliers, and maintain integrated project plans for multiple initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLeads preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.Maintains, analyzes and produces metrics related to project plans.Conducts risk assessments, developing and documenting risk handling plans.Develops, collects, coordinates and provides data and updates tasks to maintain status of programs, schedule and supplier commitments and compliance.Creates and provides reports on performance variances, project status, and change information to project team and leadership.Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineeringExperience:A minimum of 3+ years in Project ManagementPreferred Qualifications:PMP or similar project management certificationsExperience with Data Analytic tools (Tableau, PowerBI)Knowledge of AS9100 and other aerospace-specific quality standardsSoft Skills:Strong presentation and communication skillsAbility to manage complex, cross-functional environmentsAbility to work across multiple time zones with schedule flexibilityCross-Functional CollaborationRisk ManagementContinuous Improvement MindsetTechnical CommunicationTechnology Stack:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft project or any other project management tools.Physical RequirementsAvailability to travel domestically and internationallySoft Skills:Strong presentation and communication skillsAbility to manage complex, cross-functional environmentsAbility to work across multiple time zones with schedule flexibilityCross-Functional CollaborationRisk ManagementContinuous Improvement MindsetTechnical CommunicationTechnology Stack:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft project or any other project management tools.Physical RequirementsAvailability to travel domestically and internationallyThis job description may not be inclusive to the duties and responsibilities listed.
