Experteer Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst in the Manufacturing Software Development Team, you will drive improvements to internal production flows and automation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional and multi-regional teams to define value, prioritize ideas, and build solid processes with Manufacturing Production teams. You will gather and formalize requirements, present business cases, and communicate progress to stakeholders. You’ll analyze complex manufacturing processes, propose simplifications, and support documentation efforts (SRS, RTM) while shaping the product roadmap and technical architecture in partnership with R&D.
