Minimum Academic Requirements: Candidates must hold at least a Master’s degree in a relevant field. A PhD is considered a strong asset. Areas of Required Expertise: Sports Club Management : governance models, organizational structures, strategic planning. International Sports Organizations : operations and governance of entities such as FIFA, IOC, UEFA, etc. Sports Broadcasting : audiovisual rights, media landscape, economic impact, and regulatory frameworks. Sponsorship and Partnerships : sponsorship strategy development, negotiation, and brand activation. Sports Communication : public relations, crisis communication, traditional and digital media. Digital Sports Marketing : campaign planning, social media, fan engagement, and emerging trends. Sports Branding : development and management of personal and institutional brand identity.
