This is an office-based job in Sofia, Bulgaria. Workster is partnering with a leading European BPO to hire enthusiastic Spanish Digital Trust & Safety specialists for their growing Team, working from Sofia. You will be moderating the content of a major international company. Your Role Review user-generated back-office information to ensure compliance with established policies Take prompt and appropriate action on information that violates guidelines or poses risks Stay updated on internal policies to ensure accurate implementation Identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks Your Qualifications Fluent in Spanish (C1) B2 or higher English language skill Knowledge of pop culture, global events, and culture of the market(s) you are serving High attention to detail Ability to defend decisions and provide context in thought process Ability to identify patterns in behavior that can be leveraged for improved decision-making Strong organizational and time management skills to deal with shifting priorities and high volumes of work Experience investigating fraud, spam, or other types of inappropriate information is an asset The Offer Fully paid training and very competitive base salary Stable job and career development opportunities Private Health Insurance You are working for a worldwide leading company in a multicultural team Relocation package for candidates outside of Bulgaria
