We are the Spanish subsidiary of a leading European Independent Power Producer with activities across Germany, Finland and Poland. With us, you will work in a dynamic and motivated team responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities for our planned PV parks. Your Role You will act as the technical lead for utility-scale PV and PV + BESS projects from development (RTB) through construction, commissioning and handover to operations. You will be the main technical interface towards EPCs, Owner’s Engineers, DSOs/TSOs and key suppliers. Key Responsibilities Technical responsibility for PV / PV + BESS projects from RTB to handover Preparation and evaluation of EPC tenders (technical specs, risks, deviations) Optimisation of layouts and technical solutions (trackers, DC/AC, substations, BESS interfaces) CAPEX optimisation and technical risk management Technical coordination with EPCs, Owner’s Engineers and suppliers Supervision of construction and site activities (QA/QC, compliance, change orders) Support during commissioning, performance testing and final handover Grid connection compliance and coordination with DSO/TSO Technical support during development (layouts, grid applications, yield modelling) Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar 5+ years experience in utility-scale PV / PV + BESS projects (EPC background preferred) Solid knowledge of Spanish permitting, grid connection and commissioning processes Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst and similar tools Spanish (C1/C2) and English (B2 or higher) Willingness to travel and attend site as required What We Offer Permanent full-time position Hybrid working model and flexible working hours 25 days holiday + 24 & 31 December Competitive salary with performance-based bonus Flexible benefits (meal / transport vouchers) Professional growth in a dynamic renewable energy company Collaborative, international working environment Do you see yourself in this role?
