This is a sales and business development role — not an investment or advisory position. As our Solar Asset Disposal Manager, you will own the end-to-end sale of our completed distributed solar portfolios across Europe. This requires a different skillset: portfolio structuring, batch due diligence management, multi-SPV coordination, and the ability to run competitive processes with multiple buyer tracks in parallel.You will be the face of our disposal program to institutional buyers across Europe. If you have done this before — personally led the sale of distributed solar portfolios to non-Chinese institutional investors in Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, or Poland — we want to hear from you.What you will doLead the sale of distributed solar (and storage) asset portfolios across Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, Poland, and other European marketsBuild and own a pipeline of institutional buyers: infrastructure funds (Macquarie GIG, Brookfield, MEAG, Foresight, etc.), utilities (Enel, EDF, Iberdrola, Vattenfall), and IPPsDesign go-to-market strategies for asset portfolios: teaser, buyer sounding, info memo, data room, competitive bidding process, SPA negotiation, closingStructure transactions for multi-asset distributed portfolios: SPV packaging, tax optimization, multi-jurisdictional coordinationManage due diligence processes across multiple concurrent asset sales with internal teams and external advisorsMaintain DCF valuation models for portfolio pricing decisionsCoordinate with headquarters on deal approval, legal structuring, and post-completion transitionsWhat we are looking for — non-negotiable5+ years in European renewable energy asset transactions, with direct sell-side experienceMust have personally led (not just supported) the sale of solar assets that reached financial close in at least one of: Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, or PolandMust have experience selling distributed / small-scale solar portfolios — not exclusively single large utility-scale projectsMust have established relationships with non-Chinese institutional buyers: infrastructure funds, utilities, IPPs (please be ready to name specific counterparties)Deep understanding of xcskxlj at least one European power market (merchant pricing dynamics, PPA structures, CFD/FiT/FiP mechanisms)Financial modeling and asset valuation skills (DCF, IRR/NPV, project finance fundamentals)Fluent English for commercial negotiation; additional European languages (German, Italian, Spanish) strongly preferredStrong advantagesExperience working with or within Chinese renewable energy companies (cross-cultural fluency)Familiarity with project finance structures (non-recourse lending, construction-to-term refinancing)Network of Financial Advisors and specialist legal counsel in European renewablesEnergy storage transaction experience (emerging priority market)Track record of selling COD (operational) assets specifically, not only RTB or development-stage projects#J-18808-Ljbffr
