The RoleThe successful hire will lead strategic growth across Spain, working enterprise and mid-market corporate clients within HR / L&D functions.Key focus areas include:Closing high-value SaaS deals (€200k+ ACV)Managing full-cycle sales (with SDR support)Building and forecasting pipeline accuratelyEngaging decision-makers across HR, Talent, and Learning functionsRepresenting the brand at regional events and trade showsActing as a senior presence within the team and sharing best practiceFluent Spanish & English required.
