Are you an experienced mason or skilled construction worker looking for a reliable, permanent position in Mallorca? A local building company is looking for a qualified worker (Oficial 1ª picapedrer / construcción) to join their team in Pollença. In this full-time position, you will be working directly on building sites situated primarily in Port de Pollença, with occasional travel to other construction projects across the island.
Working on site, you will handle both structural building tasks and finishing work. Your main responsibilities will include:
Building walls, performing concreting, and executing foundations
Installing wall tiles and laying floor tiles (enrajolats i alicatats)
Carrying out general construction tasks and other duties inherent to the job site
To apply for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
At least 12 months (1 year) of relevant experience in construction or stonemasonry
Certificate of primary education (certificat d'estudis primaris)
Basic Spanish language skills (A1 level)
Your own means of transport to travel directly to construction sites in Port de Pollença and across Mallorca
What the employer offers you:
A permanent full-time employment contract (contrato indefinido)
A regular work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
A gross annual salary of €26,067.47 according to collective agreement (extra payments included)
Start date scheduled for June 1, 2026
