We are THEMRISE, a dynamic and growing company in the field of theming and decoration of large spaces internationally.
We are seeking a Site Manager for immediate incorporation into an international project in the United Kingdom.
Languages:
English – B2/C1 technical level
French – B2 level (very valuable)
Tasks
Supervision and coordination of structural and artistic/themed installations.
On-site team management.
Schedule monitoring, cost control, and deadline compliance.
Drawing interpretation and technical coordination with the engineering office.
Quality control, health & safety compliance, and site supervision according to regulations.
Requirements
Degree in any of these degrees: Engineering (Civil, Public Works, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial). Architecture.
Previous experience of at least 5 years in managing construction projects or similar sites.
Ability to coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary work teams.
Advanced knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations applicable to construction projects.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
Mastery of digital tools and project management software.
Software proficiency:
AutoCAD
Microsoft Excel
