Experteer Overview
As Site Leader/Senior Operations Manager at Amazon in Alcalá de Henares, you will own the area’s performance metrics and set the strategy to meet customer needs. You will develop and coach a large team, balancing day-to-day on-site leadership with longer-term objectives and contingency planning. The role focuses on safety, quality, and productivity while driving initiatives and best practices across operations. This is a high-impact role at a fast-paced site with a clear hook in optimizing peak-season performance and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• A degree
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and upper intermediate proficiency in the local language
