- We are searching for a Store Supervisor to work alongside our Store Manager in Barcelona . This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART’s standards. xiphteb
This leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for retail management. Support the Store Manager in the daily management of the store and act as the operational point of reference in their absence
Assist the Store Manager in training and coordinating the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedure
Collaborate in achieving sales targets by motivating the team and monitoring daily results
Monitor inventory levels, reporting replenishment needs or discrepancies to the manager
Ensure the store maintains high standards of order, cleanliness, and visual merchandising according to company guidelines
Accurately perform opening and closing cash procedures, ensuring precision and punctuality
Provide support for basic administrative tasks, such as shift planning and daily sales reporting
Be available to work flexible hours
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
Competence in administrative tasks (shift planning, reporting, etc.)
Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems (CEGID)
Monday to Sunday
Availability to work weekends and public holidays
