JC Maintenance is currently recruiting for a Sheet Metal Worker to be based in Madrid Airport, Spain. We strongly believe in flat hierarchies, a divers and equal company culture and investing in learning & development as an essential to ensure we support our team with all it needs.Join us and be part of a true success story!ResponsibilitiesAircraft body structure and parts repair on Ryanair fleet aircraft, in according with approved maintenance data and proceduresPerforming metal assembling operations such as cutting, filling, drilling, countersinking, fitting, shimming, adjusting, clamping, bolting, reaming, riveting and bucking workWorking with, among others, relevant equipment -Bending machines, English Wheel, Flap Peening, Drill or Grinder as usual working toolsTo find the most suitable repair solutions and implementation in according to the Maintenance Repair ManualsAny other duties as requested by your Shift Leader / Hangar ManagerRequirementsMust hold demonstrable of at least 5 years of experience in Sheet Metal Work and Structural RepairPrevious maintenance experience on B737 is highly desirableKnowledge of technical drawingFlexible approach to working in fast changing environmentMust be flexible, including availability to work overtime as and when requiredAbility and willingness to train non-skilled personnelExcellent communication skills- fluent English is essentialWilling to work night/day shiftsA valid EU/EEA passport with the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union and a valid EU driver’s licenseDirect and permanent employment with a Spanish contract
