Responsibilities Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows based on business requirements. Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. Implement ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods. Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Service Portal widgets, and workflows. Configure and manage CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, and other ITSM modules. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow coding standards and best practices. Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of developed solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. Skills required Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.). Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server). Familiarity with Service Portal development and UI customization. Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
