Empresa PalmaActiva 9125 is searching for a motivated Service Specialist to join their operations in Llucmajor. In this permanent, full-time role, you will play an essential part in overseeing service delivery, coordinating client interactions, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Your key responsibilities in this position will involve comprehensive service management:
Monitoring and following up on ongoing service contracts to ensure all terms and quality standards are consistently met.
Providing attentive, high-quality customer service to address client requests and handle inquiries.
Developing detailed reports and operational documentation to track project performance.
Managing integral service processes to maintain overall efficiency and client satisfaction.
To qualify for this position in Llucmajor, you should meet the following requirements:
A degree in Industrial Engineering is required; however, applications from candidates holding a degree in Business Administration (ADE) or students in their final years of Industrial Engineering studies are also valued.
High-level proficiency in office automation tools and standard software applications.
A valid driver's license.
A structured approach to work, clear reporting skills, and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
