Job description We are looking for a passionate and talented ServiceNow Senior Developer to support the implementation and ongoing development of a custom ServiceNow-based TV Release & Content Management System. The role focuses on hands-on development, configuration, and reliable implementation of ServiceNow solutions in a complex environment.
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on defined requirements and technical guidelines
Configure ServiceNow using out-of-the-box functionality and custom development where required
Develop custom applications, features, and extensions on client and server side
Develop and maintain ServiceNow portals, including front-end (HTML, CSS, AngularJS) and back-end components, widgets, workflows, and flows
Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Support testing activities, rollouts, and hyper-care phases
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a specialization in software development or a comparable qualification
~3–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
~ Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
~ Solid JavaScript skills (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Glide API)
~ Experience with Flow Designer and API web service integrations
~ Experience with ServiceNow portals and UI development
~ Practical experience with agile development methods
